Hi I'm Brittany

I know what it feels like to live in a body that’s out of balance. A few years ago, I faced a spinal injury and an autoimmune condition that left me searching for answers. What I discovered was that true healing doesn’t just happen in the body — it begins with the nervous system.

Through yoga, Brain Education, and somatic practices, I learned how to calm my own stress responses, activate my vagus nerve, and rebuild my health from the inside out. Over time, not only did I heal, but I found my purpose: guiding others to do the same.

Today, I’ve been teaching and practicing for over 7 years. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher and Brain Education Instructor, and I’ve had the honor of sharing these tools with a community of over 400,000 people online. Every message I receive from someone who feels calmer, more present, or more in control of their health reminds me why I do this work.
