What is Empowerment Training?
The Phoenix Empowerment Training will help you take charge of your energy condition, which is the foundation of your mental, physical, and emotional condition. You'll practice creating a healthy and balanced energy condition through daily exercise, meditation, and mindfulness practices, known as suhaeng.
Phoenix programs are inspired by the transformative power of the phoenix, which burns away old energy in the process of being reborn.
What You'll Learn
You'll learn the fundamentals of the energy system and how to optimize its function through physical, mental, and emotional self-management.
Most importantly, you'll get to EXPERIENCE the transformative power of managing your energy through daily suhaeng practices, including qigong, meditation, breathing, and mindfulness, from the time you wake up in the morning until you go to sleep each night.
Spend 5 days building the mindset and energy you need to create your best life! Return home with momentum to change habits and manifest your dreams.

Be ready to challenge yourself at the Phoenix Empowerment Training! All ages and experience levels are welcome, but it's recommended that participants complete the Finding True Self workshop prior to attending.

Jordan has been a Body & Brain instructor for 15 years, bringing a sense of compassion and dedication to his teaching. His experience and encouraging lessons will help interns gain confidence and technical know-how when preparing to teach classes. Known for his patient and personalized approach, Jordan ensures that each intern feels supported and empowered on their journey to becoming skilled instructors.
