Set in the peaceful beauty of the Elohee Retreat Center in North Georgia, you’ll deepen your Tai Chi and Qigong practice, restore your energy, and reconnect with your true self through DahnMuDo (Tai Chi) training, meditation, and community.
This retreat offers a calm, nurturing environment where you can step away from daily responsibilities, deeply relax, and return home feeling stronger, more grounded, and renewed.

At the DahnMuDo Retreat, you’ll practice a series of movements (forms) based on traditional healing martial arts. You'll learn Tao principles and practices to help you develop mindfulness, enhancing your ability to circulate, accumulate and balance your life energy.
DahnMuDo is a discipline that can help you increase your energy power, which is the source of freedom and creation in your life.

Meet The Trainer

Master Brian has over 20 years of experience as a Tai Chi and Qigong Master, Yoga Instructor, and Mindfulness Coach and currently serves as Regional Director of GA Body & Brain. He has trained extensively in Tai Chi, Qigong, mindfulness, energy principles, and personal transformation.
Brian helps people see themselves with greater clarity, move through fear, and reclaim ownership of their lives. He has a gift for translating profound spiritual principles into grounded, practical steps that help people reconnect with their bodies and energy, develop greater self-awareness, and move through emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges.
His approach is direct, calm, and encouraging, creating a space where people can feel safe enough to open up and strong enough to break through. Through his guidance, participants learn to better manage their minds, balance their energy, and develop the confidence to create meaningful change in their lives.
Master Brian has been featured as a Tai Chi trainer on WebMD and was recently featured in Atlanta Magazine for his expertise in Tai Chi and Qigong. He has also led wellness and mindfulness trainings for Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola and Home Depot.
No previous experience is required. All levels are welcome.

Retreat Details
Dates: Friday, October 23 through Sunday, October 25.
Location: Elohee Retreat - Elohee, 251 Elohee Dr, Sautee Nacoochee (Less than 2 hrs drive from Atlanta).
Program Fee: $830
Accommodation fee & meal is separate; see below for your options. Spaces are very limited; please reserve early.

Room assignments will be coordinated by Body & Brain, and Accommodations & Meal payment will be made directly to Elohee Retreat Center.

Food is the original medicine and plays an integral part in transformation. Elohee’s primary focus is to provide delicious, nutritious meals that support mind, body and spirit. There is also nothing like food to bring people together and create community. That is exactly what Elohee’s Dining Hall does – unite people over a tasty, nutritious meal. Located in the lower level of Mandala Hall, Elohee’s Dining Hall comfortably seats up to forty guests and includes an outdoor patio area equipped with heating lamps and sunshades. Elohee can accommodate a variety of diets including vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, and pescatarian.

A fabulous option for solo retreat goers to enjoy a private dwelling space. Bathroom shared with one neighboring room

Perfect for acquainted retreat goers to enjoy relaxation and bathroom privacy.

Single Occupancy $728.64 per person

General directions:- Take US 19N
- Continue on US-19 N to Lumpkin County
- Follow GA-115 to US-129 BYP in White County
- Turn left onto US-129 BYP
- Take GA-75 N to Elohee Dr
To keep the air on Bald Mountain pristine and the views open, cars are not allowed on the hill top. Your vehicle will be safely parked in our gated car park during your stay.
