Awaken your Decision-Making ability!

A Free Educational Webinar for Holistic Healing

Have you ever made a decision then agonized about whether it was the right one? Or, procrastinated due to self doubt or feeling uncertain about what is best path for you?

Our choices define who we are and when we are feeling unsure of who we are or, how we feel, it can shake the confidence needed to make decisions.

When we are in touch with our true selves and our true desires, we can have conviction about what actions we want to take. This workshop will focus on reconnecting to yourself as a way to uncover how you really feel and align with what is right for you. You may also become more grounded and at peace with more people and situations.

Courtney will guide you through lecture, light movement and meditation to help develop your sense of what you need and empower you to create your best life.

COURTNEY V LINDOP

Before becoming an instructor in 2013, Courtney volunteered and worked with animals. She continues to learn from her furry friends, you'll likely meet her dog, Henry and cat, Durian during her sessions. She is proud of her Scottish heritage which gave her an experience of loyalty, respect for nature, and appreciation of life. Having a passion for the arts, she graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2009. Studying art gave her a sense of creativity, expression and patience. During that time, she took the opportunity to travel around much of Eastern Europe broadening her mind to different cultures. Despite her accomplishments she struggled from anxiety and depression from a young age so upon returning to the states she started searching for a more holistic way of managing stress. For the past eight years she has been actively helping others using simple mind/body exercises to facilitate feelings of connection and emotional healing techniques to restore inner power and confidence.
