Master Brian
M. Brian is an experienced Yoga and Qi Gong Master, Brain Education Instructor and Mindfulness Coach. He has trained and studied intensively for over ten years in the philosophy and methods of Brain Education, a deeply experiential approach to develop the innate human capacity to reach health, well-being, optimal achievement, and peacefulness through managing the brain effectively.
