## Feel the beauty and power of the Catskills!

Take advantage of the beauty of the Catskill Mountains and get inspired at the national HEROES Camp in New York!

From team-building at the ropes course to firelight meditation at the kiva garden, martial arts by the waterfall, and hiking in the forest, this two-day camp will help you rekindle your bright spirit and energy!

## Experience the Red Rock vortex energy of Sedona!

## (TBD)

Join us for the final HEROES Camp of 2025 and jumpstart your growth with energy yoga, tai chi, and meditation in Sedona! Please speak with your center manager for more info and to register!

The program starts at 7:30 pm on Friday, ends at 11:00 am on Sunday, giving you time to explore and travel.
