Experience the roots of the Body & Brain practice
Embark on a journey to South Korea and experience the roots of the HEROES and Body & Brain practice. You’ll visit sacred sites and be immersed in the culture and natural beauty of Korea. HEROES Tour participants will also receive expert guidance in qigong and energy meditation!
What is the HEROES Tour?
Most people travel to sightsee, take photos, make memories, and eat delicious food. You'll get to do all that as part of this tour. But for HEROES, there's an added element of purifying the mind, body, and spirit in nature, getting inspired about your life purpose, and practicing deep self-care to refresh your brain.
When that time for reflection and self-care is missing in travel, you might come back home and experience a letdown. After the HEROES Tour, we want you to be empowered with new awakenings, new purpose, and new practices like Meditation, Qigong, and more!
This meditation tour will help you return home refreshed and newly inspired, as you experience deep healing to purify your mind, body, and spirit.
