Aging isn't for the faint of heart! Your body may not work the way it used to and you might find many health issues start to arise. It's possible for this to affect our outlook on life and make us unsure about how to stay healthy and happy while going through the natural process of aging. There's so much information out there that it's easy to become overwhelmed and let doubt and worry creep in. Connecting to the body helps us learn to trust our choices, therefore establishing a foundation and finding ways to move forward.

I spent 40 years in the nursing profession working mostly for The American Red Cross as I raised my family of 3 daughters. I joined Body & Brain Yoga in my mid fifties and quickly recognized this was how I could help more people heal and grow. I had taught this practice at many locations before opening my center in Lawrence almost 7 years ago. I continue to heal and grow through this practice. My desire is to help humanity recognize their potential for growth and fulfillment while contributing to humanity.
