Amy Long

Amy is a Body & Brain instructor in Rockville Centre, New York.  A graduate of Harvard University, Amy is a skilled communicator and guide who's interested in helping students find strength, balance, and peace inside themselves. She has over 10 years of experience teaching Brain Education through Body & Brain.

Brian Huff

Brian is the Regional Manager for Body & Brain in Georgia. He has over 15 years of experience as a Yoga and Qigong master and Brain Education © (mindfulness) instructor and coach. In the local community, Brian delivers wellness and stress reduction workshops to corporations, schools, and at health-oriented events. Brian is passionate about health and wellness and has devoted his life to helping others lead healthy, happy and peaceful lives.

Courtney Lindop

After studying art and traveling the world at an early age, Courtney became a Body & Brain instructor in 2013. Despite early successes in her life, she struggled with anxiety and depression and began searching for a more holistic way of managing stress. For the past nine years, she has been actively helping others using simple mind/body exercises to facilitate feelings of connection and emotional healing techniques to restore inner power and confidence.

Danielle Gaudette

Danielle Gaudette is a national trainer and has taught for over 20 years. In 2015 she was voted Seattle’s “Yoga Teacher of the Year." Her spiritual name, "Johwatong", means “one who creates harmonious connection.” She brings a huge heart and plenty of personal experience to help you heal yourself from a place of authenticity and compassion.

David Driscoll

David discovered Body & Brain when searching for ways to deal with sports injuries that sapped his energy and enthusiasm. Body & Brain was so helpful in his recovery that he decided to train and become a coach so that he could help others. Since then he has taught over 5,000 Body & Brain classes in person and online.

Laura Proppe

Laura Proppe

Laura Proppe began practicing Body & Brain in 2015. After experiencing her own transformative healing journey, she felt deeply inspired to share the practice with those around her.  She became a Brain Education Instructor in 2017 and has since been teaching in-person and online Gentle Yoga and Chair Classes in senior living communities, assisted living facilities, libraries, homeless shelters, and bereavement groups. In May 2023, Laura received her certification as a Health Coach and is working towards her Life Coaching certification to help guide people towards their greatest potential for physical and emotional wellbeing.

Meghan Bliss

Meghan Bliss is a Brain Education Trainer and Wellness Instructor based in Mesa, AZ. She began her journey in 2016, determined to find her own health and wellness after her nursing school degree left her with more questions than answers. She has a passion for connecting with the community and making her teachings accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. Meghan has worked with corporations, nonprofits, schools, and senior living centers mostly in the Boston area before her move to Arizona in March of 2024. From daily group classes to one-on-one private sessions to outdoor mindfulness adventures for young adults, Meghan offers practical lifestyle tips to achieving health, happiness, and peace.

Melanie Newman

Melanie is the center manager for the Body & Brain Kirkland center in Washington. For over 5 years, she has shared Brain Education mindfulness exercises including yoga, breathing, and meditation. Having utilized Brain Education techniques to manage her own anxiety, Melanie is passionate about helping others on their path of self-healing.

Sean Newman is manager of the Body & Brain Forest Hills Center in Queens, NY, and has been practicing with Body & Brain since 2015. He is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits he experienced, and loves to share his bright energy and passion through teaching Brain Education.

Uthara Ramesh

Uthara Ramesh

Uthara has always felt the need to make a difference so she decided to pursue healing arts as a full-time wellness coach. While training in multiple modalities, she eventually found Body & Brain. She believes that the path towards change and improving the world begins with improving ourselves. Uthara now supports anyone who wants to restore their inner peace, recover their natural rhythms, and awaken their highest purpose. Specialties include: Restoring emotional balance, confidence, and sense of purpose.

YooSoo Shin

YooSoo Shin

Currently working in Texas, Yoosoo Shin has been a Body & Brain instructor and guide for others for more than 25 years. She is proficient in Brain Education, qigong, and meditation, and offers workshops, wellness coaching, and chakra reading services. Her greatest mission is to deepen the link between body, mind, and spirit, and create life-changing shifts for those who she works with.
