Brittany Rega
Brittany began her journey to wellness through a personal struggle with a spine injury and an autoimmune condition. Her healing came through Body & Brain's transformative mind-body practices, which ignited a deep passion for emotional and physical wellness. This personal transformation led Brittany to build a community of over 100k followers on social media, where she passionately shares these healing modalities. As a corporate and worksite wellness expert, Brittany is committed to supporting both individuals and workplaces toward their highest potential, focusing on emotional healing to create healthier, happier, and more balanced environments.

Chris Woolley
Chris is a Brain Education Instructor with over 9 years of experience and a background in kinesiology and athletic coaching. He holds a Master’s in Kinesiology and spent 14 years as a college professor. For 20 years, he coached soccer at all levels—from youth club and high school to the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and collegiate level. After turning to Brain Education to heal his body and manage stress, he now helps others optimize physical health, reduce stress, and perform better—both in movement and in life.

Danielle Gaudette
Danielle Gaudette has been teaching and guiding Body & Brain classes and workshops for over 20 years. In 2015, she was voted Seattle’s “Yoga Teacher of the Year." Her spiritual name, "Johwatong", means “one who creates harmonious connection.” She brings a huge heart and plenty of personal experience to help you heal yourself from a place of authenticity and compassion.

Jordan Diamond
With more than 16 years of experience in Body & Brain practices, Jordan specializes in helping you access your inner world through deep physical and energy practices. After struggling with depression and anxiety at a young age, Jordan turned to art and nature to find solace and direction. His journey as an artist led him to connect and heal within, and since that time, he has helped many people to improve and transform their lives. Specialties include: Creative expression, manifestation and releasing emotional pain.

Julia Thomas
Julia guides people of all ages to release anxiety, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with their inner strength. With a lifelong interest in emotional wellness, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and 3 years of experience in energy-based healing, Julia offers a unique perspective. She weaves together Eastern energy principles and martial arts to help clients feel powerful, open-hearted, and free. Specializing in stress-related gut issues and nervous system regulation, Julia gently supports individuals in feeling safe and grounded in their bodies again. Her work with children adds a compassionate, playful touch to her sessions. Through joyful guidance and grounded practices, she helps others return to a place of mental clarity—where self-love blossoms and new beginnings unfold with grace.

Laura Proppe
Laura began practicing Body & Brain in 2015. After experiencing her own transformative healing journey, she felt deeply inspired to share the practice with those around her. She became a Brain Education Instructor in 2017 and has since been teaching in-person and online Gentle Yoga and Chair Classes in senior living communities, assisted living facilities, libraries, homeless shelters, and bereavement groups. In May 2023, Laura received her certification as a Health Coach and is working towards her Life Coaching certification to help guide people towards their greatest potential for physical and emotional wellbeing.

Melanie Newman
Melanie is an instructor with over 10 years of experience. As a holistic coach specializing in mind-body empowerment, she guides individuals to create deep and lasting change through holistic energy principles and practices. Having struggled with anxiety and depression as a young adult, Melanie’s passion is to help others move beyond emotional limitations, reconnect to their true value, and embrace themselves fully. Her approach is compassionate, joyful and clear - helping people to feel seen, supported, and equipped practical tools for real transformation. Whether you’re seeking help with emotional balance, renewed energy, or a stronger sense of self-worth, Melanie will meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.

Sean Newman
Sean is an instructor with 10 years of experience. As a holistic coach specializing in Qigong & movement guidance, he enjoys helping young adults recover their energy, regulate emotions, and reconnect with their true power. With a clear and grounded presence, he creates space for people to feel safe in their bodies again. His work blends breath, mobility, and purpose—guiding those who feel scattered or burnt out to find strength, focus, and direction. Through movement, Sean helps people rediscover what it means to feel powerful—not just physically, but to reconnect with their True Power from within.

Uthara Ramesh
Uthara's deepest passion is to help others recover their innate health, happiness, and peace. Although she initially trained in multiple healing modalities, upon meeting Body & Brain, she felt clear that it was the complete mind-body practice she wanted to share with others. Uthara now primarily shares Brain Education principles and practices with over 300 K people on Instagram and TikTok and supports anyone who wants to restore their inner peace, recover their natural rhythms, and awaken their highest purpose. She believes that the path towards change and improving the world begins with awakening ourselves.

Yoosoo Shin
Yoosoo is a Body & Brain instructor with 29 years of experience teaching Brain Education, the holistic system containing Body & Brain yoga, tai chi, and other integrative practices. She has guided hundreds of programs and thousands of classes, sharing these methods with over 6,700 people. With deep listening and clear insight, she helps identify and address points of tension—whether physical constriction, buried emotion, or unresolved stress—and guides clients with care and focus. As a Certified Health and Life Coach and a holistic coach specializing in mind-body alignment and emotional empowerment, Yoosoo blends mindful movement, emotional awareness, and energy practices to help people discover balance and transformation. Her clients feel safe, supported, and uplifted by her sincerity, intelligence, and quiet confidence.
