Have you ever tried Korean holistic yoga, tai chi, and meditation? Body & Brain has been sharing the ancient wisdom of Korean-based yoga in the U.S. for the past 25 years.
Join us as we celebrate our 25th anniversary with a 1-day online event full of fun mind-body exercises and tips for you to enjoy alone or with friends, family, and even coworkers.
You’ll learn something you can add to your self-care routine from each one of these sessions—with some of our top instructors as your guides. In each session, you’ll experience different ways to manage your body, harmonize your emotions, and clear your mind and spirit.

Morning Tai Chi
Start your day with the ancient energy healing method of tai chi. You'll experience a gentle series of exercises to warm up the body, open circulation in your joints, and improve balance. With regular practice you can develop your sense of being fully present in each moment, while strengthening your sense of wellbeing.
What You’ll Experience:
- Natural techniques to manage your physical and emotional health
- Exercises to improve posture, balance, and body awareness
- Flowing meditation to balance your qi

Instructor: Brian Huff is the Assistant Regional Manager for Body & Brain in Georgia. He has over 14 years of experience as a Yoga and Tai Chi / Qigong instructor and coach. He has been the featured Tai Chi trainer on WebMD and has guided mindfulness trainings for several Fortune 500 corporations, including Coca-Cola and Home Depot. You can also find him guiding Tai Chi and Qigong in the parks as a guest instructor for the US National Park System, who awarded his team the Pioneer Award for the Healthy Parks, Health People program.

Body & Brain Yoga Flow
If you’re not a Body & Brain member yet, here’s your chance to experience our unique Korean energy yoga! Our yoga is based on ancient Korean energy practice fused with modern neuroscientific research to connect your mind and body as one. The movements are easy to follow for all ages and physical conditions and can be an effective part of your daily wellness routine.
What You’ll Experience:
- Warm-up exercises to activate your energy
- Meridian stretching
- Whole body tapping
- Breathing postures for core strengthening
- Energy meditation for focusing and calming busy thoughts

Instructor: Sean Newman is an instructor at the Body & Brain yoga studio in Forest Hills located in Queens, NY. He began practicing with Body & Brain in 2015 to manage his emotional and mental/spiritual wellbeing rather than just focusing on physical exercise. Through Body & Brain he developed more self-awareness and confidence within, which motivated him to become an instructor and share his experience.

Chair Yoga
Whether you can exercise while standing or not, try this class and experience a full Body & Brain energy yoga class in a different way. You’ll be surprised what a great workout you can get while seated, while learning new techniques for your self-care.

Instructor: Carole Liss is an instructor at the Body & Brain yoga studio in Glen Ellyn, IL. She became an instructor after Body & Brain helped her find relief from a bulging disc and sciatic pain. One of her first classes as an instructor was teaching chair yoga at an assisted living facility, and now she has many outreach classes, both online and in-person, where she teaches in facilities for older adults with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's.
Session 4

Dance, Dance, Dance!
Get up and bust a move in this combination class of two self-healing practices: body vibration and free dance! Body & Brain classes use vibration and dancing in many different ways like for activating energy and shaking away external thinking, which can create a more powerful experience when combined with free dance movements. You’ll experience a deep inner connection as you explore different movements to tap into your body.
What You’ll Experience:
- Gentle warm-up stretching
- Guided vibration exercises with body tapping
- Free movement dance
- Floor stretches & core strengthening
- Guided energy meditation & breathwork

Instructor: Dariana Trana is an instructor at the Body & Brain yoga studio in Coral Gables, FL. She started her Body & Brain practice as a way to manage her anxiety and received great result which motivated her to become an instructor. She has been teaching now for just over four years. She looks forward to meet you and share her know-how in transforming your energy to create your own Health, Happiness and Peace!

Healing Exercises with the Family
Wellness exercises are the best when shared with others! Join this energizing and fun class for all ages with your friends, family, and even coworkers and see how much better you can all feel together. Grab a partner and experience a mix of partnering exercises and energy healing in a new way.
What You’ll Experience:
- Joint opening and rotating
- Series of partner stretches and body strengthening moves to do together
- Partner shoulder and back healing
- Energy meditation while sending energy to each other
- Communication exercises to share heart space with each other

Instructor: Cherie Clark-Moore is the center manager of the Body & Brain yoga studio in Conroe, TX. Her passion is in helping families connect, heal, and love one another through holistic wellness practices. She experienced her own family relationships becoming healthier and happier after using Body & Brain methods to help her overcome her own depression and anxiety. Now, Cherie works with people to help them heal and connect to themselves so that they, too, can experience healthier, happier relationships with the people they love.

Self-Love Meditation
"Love Myself" is our theme this year, so what better way to end the celebration with a self-love meditation? Have you heard the airline safety briefing that tells you to “Put your oxygen mask on first before assisting others?" Self-love is like oxygen—without it you can’t fully love or help others. Experience connection and love with yourself in this class, while discovering a new sense of self-appreciation.
What You’ll Experience:
- Exercises to first activate energy and bring your attention inside
- Gentle stretching to open blood and energy flow
- Guided relaxation and deep breathing practice
- Visualization and affirmations of self-love

Instructor: Chinnaly Sayarath is the center manager of the Body & Brain yoga studio in Brea, CA. She is a meditation enthusiast who started her Korean holistic healing practice with Body & Brain after looking for a community to meditate with. Through meditation, she helps people find their true selves while restoring, reviving, clarifying, and expanding their love within.
