Hi I'm Chris

For years, my life revolved around movement — coaching soccer at every level, teaching kinesiology, and training athletes to push their limits. On the outside, it looked like I had it all figured out. But inside, I carried stress, tension, and physical pain that no amount of exercise or discipline could fix.

That’s when I discovered Brain Education. For the first time, I learned how to quiet my mind, release the stress I’d been holding, and truly listen to my body. The shift was powerful — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Over the past 9 years, I’ve shared these practices with thousands of people, from athletes and students to everyday professionals. What I’ve seen time and time again is this: when you calm your nervous system and reconnect with your body, everything else changes. You move better. You think clearer. You feel stronger.
