Our location and studio 

Body & Brain Buckhead served the mindfulness needs of the Buckhead community for over 20 years at Chastain Square. In November 2019 we moved our studio to our new location in North Buckhead. We are located on Roswell Rd just north of Windsor Pkwy on the backside of the "Warren Schmitz Realty" building. The studio and our parking are located in the back of the building.

Meet the Buckhead Instructors

brian huff

Brian

Head Instructor

Brian Huff has over 16 years of experience as a Yoga and Qigong Master as well as a Mindfulness Coach. He has trained and studied intensively in the philosophy and methods of qigong, tai chi and mindfulness. He has been the featured Tai Chi trainer on WebMD and has guided mindfulness trainings for several Fortune 500 corporations, including Coca-Cola and Home Depot.

From their work guiding yoga and tai chi in local parks, the US National Park System awarded Brian and his team the Pioneer Award for the Healthy Parks, Health People program. Passionate about health and wellness, Brian has devoted his life to helping others lead healthy, happy and peaceful lives.

Instructor

Over 12 years of experience in Body & Brain practices. Holds black belt in Tai Chi Dahn Mu Do, certified Body & Brain Instructor, completed studies about Brain Management through energy, mastery of movement, core health, energy healing, certified level 2 movement and mindfulness for children and families.

Lakshmi's deep intuition and empathy have been crucial to understanding how to lead others to better take better care of themselves.
